Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- stick margarine - 1/3 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- stick melted margarine - 1/3 item
- cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
- Mix ingredients for topping together thoroughly and sprinkle over potato mixture
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish. Mix ingredients for topping together thoroughly and sprinkle over potato mixture.
