- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- cream of tartar - 2 tsp
How to make snickerdoodles:
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix thoroughly the butter, shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and the eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
