Snickerdoodle drops

Ingredients/Components

• margarine - 1 c
• brown sugar - 3/4 c
• plus 1 Tbsp - 3/4 c
• eggs - 2 item
• flour
• oats - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make snickerdoodle drops:

Preheat oven to 375°. Grease cookie sheet. Beat together the margarine, brown sugar and 3/4 cup sugar. Add eggs and mix well. In medium bowl, mix flour, oats, cinnamon (1 teaspoon), baking soda and salt. Add to sugar mixture and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Combine other tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle lightly over cookies. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
