Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- cans beef consomme - 2 item
- bottle liquid smoke - 3/4 oz
- brisket of beef - 8 lb
How to make smoked beef brisket:
Marinate 12 hours. Bake for 6 hours at 300°. Cool; remove from oven. Remove fat and slice. Leave in broth.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
