- stick margarine or butter - 1/2 item
- to 8 medium potatoes - 6 item
- salt, pepper and parsley flakes - 1 item
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Bake a whole oven full of potatoes (Idahos are best). Cool to room temperature and freeze on cookie sheets. When frozen solid, pack in large plastic bag.To prepare for serving, place in a 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes (without a cover and do not thaw). Potatoes will be hot and fluffy. This is a real time saver!
