Ingredients/Components
- salad oil - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes, cut in eighths - 2 item
- fresh or frozen onion - 1/4 c
- 3 medium zucchini, quartered lengthwise, then cut into 1/2-inch pieces - 1 lb
How to make skillet zucchini:
About 20 minutes before serving, in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot salad oil, cook celery and onion until tender (about 5 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients.
