Shrimp and crab au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 10 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- cooked shrimp - 1 lb
- sherry - 2 Tbsp
- crab meat - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make shrimp and crab au gratin:
Melt butter, low heat. Add flour and stir milk in slowly. Add salt, paprika, Worcestershire and Parmesan cheese. Cook until thickened. Add sherry. In 9 x 14-inch baking dish, place layer of seafood, layer of sauce, layer of cheese. Repeat layers.
