Shredded beef dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- chopped ripe olives - 2 Tbsp
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- small jar dried beef - 1 item
How to make shredded beef dip:
Empty beef circles into colander. Rinse each under running water to rinse off salt. Shred into small pieces.Mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk and beef. Add onion and ripe olives. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crisp vegetables as dippers.
