- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
How to make shortbread:
With pastry blender, cut all ingredients until dough forms, about 15 minutes. Then knead for about 5 minutes. Press into a cookie sheet; cut into square shapes with a knife. Bake at 275° for 1 hour. When done, re-cut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, English.
