Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 2 lb
- walnuts optional - 1/4 c
- mini marshmallows - 1/2 c
- Cook at 350° until a toothpick comes out clean
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Melt the butter and add the sugar, cocoa, eggs, vanilla, flour, walnuts and salt. Cook at 350° until a toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle marshmallows on top. Let stand 5 minutes, then frost.Mississippi Mud Cake Frosting:3/4 c. butter2/3 c. milk1/2 c. cocoa3/4 tsp. vanilla2 lb. powdered sugar Soften the butter to room temperature and add the other ingredients.
