- coconut - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- milk chocolate chips
- butterscotch chips
- crushed graham crackers
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
How to make seven layer cookies:
Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch pan, then sprinkle crushed graham crackers. Add coconut; sprinkle around. Then sprinkle on butterscotch and milk chocolate chips. Add Eagle Brand milk, then sprinkle 1 cup or more nuts on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overbake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
