Seafood scampi
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- parsley flakes
- mushrooms, sliced - 4 oz
- lemon pepper - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, cut in strips - 1 item
- crabmeat, flaked - 1 pkg
- onion, cut in wedges - 1 item
- fettucini noodles, cooked - 6 oz
How to make seafood scampi:
Melt margarine in skillet. Saute on medium-high the onion, green pepper and garlic for 3 minutes. Add crab, mushrooms, lemon juice, parsley and lemon pepper. Add noodles and toss.Recipe categories: Main dish, Scallops, Shrimp.
