Seafood scampi
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- lemon pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sliced mushrooms - 4 oz
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, cut in strips - 1 item
- medium onion, cut in wedges - 1 item
- Louis Kemp Crab Delights flakes - 1 pkg
- cooked fettucini noodles - 6 oz
How to make seafood scampi:
Melt margarine in a skillet on medium-high. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic 3 minutes. Add remaining Scampi ingredients and stir 3 minutes. Add fettucini; toss and heat through.Recipe categories: Main dish, Scallops, Shrimp.
