Seafood pasta
Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- small onion - 1 item
- or more linguini - 1/2 lb
- to 4 cloves garlic or powder - 3 item
- sea legs imitation crabmeat - 8 oz
- Dash or Italian seasoning to taste
How to make seafood pasta:
Cook linguini in boiling water. Drain. Meanwhile, saute garlic and onion in olive oil until soft, but not brown. Toss all ingredients together in pot. Add sea legs and more oil as needed. Season with Mrs. Dash or Italian seasoning to taste. Serve warm. Add broccoli if desired.Recipe categories: Pasta, Seafood, Pasta, rice and grains.
