Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/3 c
- water - 1 gal
- small red potatoes
- Tabasco pepper sauce - 1/4 c
- carrots, peeled and cut in 2-inch pieces - 3 item
- smoked sausage, cut in 2-inch pieces - 1 lb
- large lemon, cut in pieces - 1 item
- medium white onions, peeled - 8 item
- artichokes, cut in half - 4 item
- ears corn on cob, cut into 3-inch pieces - 4 item
- crawfish aka Louisiana "Mud Bugs" - 3 lb
- large shrimp, unpeeled - 1 lb
How to make seafood boil:
In a very large saucepan with a removable wire basket, heat water, crab boil, salt, Tabasco sauce and lemon to boiling. Add onions, artichokes, carrots and potatoes; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables aRecipe categories: Shrimp, Crab, Crawfish.
