Seafood bake
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- sherry - 3 tsp
- breadcrumbs - 1 c
- cans cream of shrimp soup - 2 oz
- fresh or frozen haddock - 2 lb
How to make seafood bake:
Mix soup and sherry. Place half of thawed fish in bottom of a 10 x 6-inch casserole dish. Cover with half of the shrimp mixture. Repeat. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cheese and salt. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Scallops, Shrimp.
