Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- can tomato sauce - 6 oz
- ketchup - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- lean ground beef
How to make meat loaf:
Combine all ingredients except ketchup. Mix well. Place in loaf pan. Spread ketchup over the top. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour in conventional oven. Or microwave on High for approximately 18 minutes, rotating pan halfway through cooking time. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
