Seafoam salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- c - 8 oz
- box lime Jell-O - 3 oz
- pear juice - 1 c
- large can pears, mashed and drained - 1 item
How to make seafoam salad:
Heat the pear juice and pour over the Jell-O. Use no water. While hot, pour into cream cheese which has been mashed with 2 tablespoons milk. When cool and thick, add mashed pears and Cool Whip. Mix well. Chill.For variety, try peach Jell-O and peaches.
