- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- skim milk
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- fat-free sour cream - 1 c
- Butter Buds - 3 Tbsp
- large potatoes unpeeled - 4 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
In bowl, whisk together sour cream, milk, Butter Buds, cornstarch and pepper. Spray pan with vegetable oil spray. Slice potatoes 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick. Place 1/2 potatoes in pan.
