- milk - 3 c
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- onion - 2 Tbsp
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Pare and slice potatoes thin. Make white sauce of butter or margarine, flour and milk. Put half the potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with half the sauce, seasonings and onion.
