- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cooked, sliced potatoes - 2 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Boil potatoes. Melt margarine in another pan. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually add milk and cheese. Drain potatoes. Pour in baking dish. Pour sauce over potatoes. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
