Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni by directions on package. Blend flour, mustard, salt and pepper together. Melt margarine in 1-quart saucepan. Add flour mixture. Cook until blended; add milk and cook for about 10 minutes. Add cheese and heat until cheese melts. Drain and rinse macaroni. Layer in greased casserole with sauce.
