Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- paprika - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Blend soup and milk. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, alternately arrange potatoes, onion, soup sauce and seasonings. Dot with margarine. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350°, then cover and bake 15 minutes more. Serves 4 to 6.If you want a complete meal, you may brown 4 to 6 pork chops. Lay in bottom of baking dish and put potato recipe on top. Good for working moms!
