- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- large potatoes - 4 item
- small onion - 1 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Heat Cheddar cheese soup and milk at medium heat in saucepan until smooth. Slice potatoes and onion thin. Layer potatoes and onion in casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Dot with butter. Sprinkle paprika over cheese sauce and butter. Bake covered at 375° for 1 hour.
