- butter - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 7 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Peel, slice and parboil potatoes and onions. Place in casserole dish with cheese, salt and butter. Pour soup mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle crumbs and cheese over top and bake at 250° until bubbly and brown.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
