- milk
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- sliced potatoes - 5 item
- slices cheese - 6 item
- water off boiled potatoes - 1 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Boil potatoes and medium onion; boil until tender. Pour water off potatoes except 1 cup. Melt margarine; add flour, milk and water off boiled potatoes and salt. Cook until thick. Pour over sliced potatoes; add cheese, more potatoes, sauce, cheese and more potatoes until all is gone. Cook at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
