Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- slices Cheddar cheese - 12 item
- butter/margarine - 6 Tbsp
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Peel potatoes, slice thin and place 1/3 of slices in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish. Dot with 1/3 of butter. Season with salt and pepper. Place thin onion slices on top.
