Ingredients/Components
- milk
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- Ritz crackers - 1/2 pkg
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- about 6 medium potatoes, sliced - 2 lb
- chopped or cubed ham
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Place potatoes in casserole dish. Add crushed crackers, onion and ham. Mix well. Add salt, pepper and milk; dot with butter or margarine. Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 60 to 70 more minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
