- salt - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 1/2
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (32
- grated sharp cheese - 2 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Combine all ingredients, except potatoes. Mix and add to package of hash browns. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
