Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine, softened - 1 item
- sugar 1/2 brown and 1/2 white - 1 c
- bread, broken but not fine pieces - 3 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple including syrup
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Mix all. Pour into 10 x 10 x 2-inch casserole. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until brown. Cut into squares. Good warm or cold. Good with ham. Quite rich.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drinks, Non Alcoholic.
