  • can creamed corn - 1 item
  • box Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 item

How to make scalloped corn:

Mix corn (do not drain) and creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter and Jiffy corn bread mix; mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 325° to 350° for 60 minutes.
