- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can corn - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 item
How to make scalloped corn:
Mix corn (do not drain) and creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter and Jiffy corn bread mix; mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 325° to 350° for 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
