  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • stick melted butter or margarine - 1 item
  • box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
  • can whole kernel corn, drain off half of the liquid - 1 item

How to make scalloped corn:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a buttered glass casserole dish at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
