Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/8 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy muffin mix - 1 item
How to make corn pudding:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 2 1/2-quart dish for 1 1/4 hours at 375°. Baking time will depend on the size of the container. Makes 12 generous servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
