Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/8 c
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- cooked potatoes - 3 4
- sliced scallions or onions - 1/2 c
- Put in casserole and mix together
How to make scallop potatoes:
Add to White Sauce. Put in casserole and mix together.Top With:1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese1/4 c. bread crumbs1/8 c. melted butter Bake at 325° for 30 minutes (if using glass dish). If using metal pan, bake at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
