Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 1/8 c
  • bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
  • cooked potatoes - 3 4
  • sliced scallions or onions - 1/2 c
  • Put in casserole and mix together

How to make scallop potatoes:

Add to White Sauce. Put in casserole and mix together.Top With:1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese1/4 c. bread crumbs1/8 c. melted butter Bake at 325° for 30 minutes (if using glass dish). If using metal pan, bake at 350°.
