Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 16 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- bay or sea scallops
- small container fresh mushrooms - 1 item
- small box about 48 Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make scallop casserole:
Crush crackers; saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add crumbs, scallops and 2/3 of the cheese. Mix together thoroughly. Put into a buttered casserole dish. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
