Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- fresh mushrooms - 8 oz
- large green pepper - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
How to make sauteed mushrooms:
Slice and clean mushrooms. Put butter in a pan and bring to a slow simmer. Add mushrooms, sliced onion and green pepper. Cover and stir occasionally. Let cook about 15 or 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegan, Side dish, Vegetables.
