Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- diced potatoes - 2 3
- large onion - 1 item
- cans baby clams - 2 item
How to make clam chowder:
Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onions and cook until soft, but not brown. Add clams, broth and potatoes. Just cover with water and cook until potatoes are cooked. Add milk, salt and pepper to taste. Serve at once. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chowders, Clams.
