Sausage stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- fresh mushrooms - 2 doz
- minced garlic - 1 tsp
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- pork sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage stuffed mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms. Rinse and pat dry. Remove stems, chop and set aside. Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off drippings. Add chopped stems, garlic and parsley and saute 3 minutes. Stir in cheese and mix well. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and place in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pork, Pork sausage.
