Sausage stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- fresh mushrooms approximately 30
- pork sausage - 1/2 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/4 c
How to make sausage stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems from mushroom caps. Chop and set aside. Cook sausage in skillet; drain, but reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings. Cook stems in drippings over medium heat until tender.
