Ingredients/Components
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- sausage hot or mild - 1 lb
- milk enough to make soft dough - 1 item
How to make sausage rolls:
To make dough, mix flour, fat and milk. Roll out dough 1/4-inch thick on floured board. Cover with sausage and roll up in a roll. Chill thoroughly. Slice 1 1/2-inch slices. Bake in baking pan 15 or 20 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Meat, South west pacific.
