Ingredients/Components
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- egg - 1 item
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/3 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1 item
How to make quick coffee cake:
Prepare topping by mixing fat, flour, cinnamon, sugar and nuts. Next, mix fat and flour. Beat together egg, sugar and milk. Combine with flour by stirring until smooth for about 1/2 minute. Then beat vigorously for 1/2 minute. Spread in a lightly greased 8 x 8-inch deep cake pan. Finally, sprinkle topping mixture on batter.
