Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
- ground sausage - 3/4 lb
- Provolone cheese, grated can mix with Mozzarella - 1 c
How to make sausage pie:
Fry sausage; drain. Put into pie pan. Mix together eggs and cheese; pour over sausage. Mix lightly. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Casseroles.
