Sausage muffins

Ingredients/Components

• milk - 1 c
• oil - 1/4 c
• self-rising flour - 1 c
• egg, beaten - 1 item
• self-rising corn meal - 1 c
• bulk sausage - 1/2 1

How to make sausage muffins:

Cook sausage and drain well. Mix flour, corn meal, egg, milk and oil. Add sausage. Place in greased muffin pan and bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
