- milk - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- self-rising corn meal - 1 c
- bulk sausage - 1/2 1
How to make sausage muffins:
Cook sausage and drain well. Mix flour, corn meal, egg, milk and oil. Add sausage. Place in greased muffin pan and bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
