Sausage jambalaya
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- small onion - 1 item
- raw rice - 2 c
- small amount of celery/green pepper - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped* - 1 item
- link sausage, cut into bite-size pieces - 1 item
How to make sausage jambalaya:
*Add enough water to the Ro-Tel to make 4 cups liquid.Brown rice in oil. Add onion, celery and green pepper. Cook until tender. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and liquid. Add sausage. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes.
