  • Parmesan or Romano cheese - 4 Tbsp
  • cottage cheese - 1 lb
  • eggs - 4 item
  • olive oil - 4 Tbsp
  • grated Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
