Ingredients/Components
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- cans spaghetti sauce - 2 1/2
- Parmesan or Romano cheese - 4 Tbsp
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- eggs - 4 item
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make baked lasagne:
Saute beef in oil until brown; drain well. Add spaghetti sauce and 1 can of water. Cook 15 minutes longer. Season to taste. Prepare a filling by mixing cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and a dash of nutmeg. Cook the lasagne noodles (enough for 3Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Lasagna.
