Sausage egg casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 10 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 12 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- bread cubes - 3 c
- sausage bulk pork sausage
How to make sausage egg casserole:
Mix cheese, bread and flour. Add cooked and drained sausage. Put in large casserole dish. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over ingredients in casserole. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until set in middle. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Casseroles.
