  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • Bisquick baking mix - 1 c
  • clove garlic, chopped fine - 1 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
