Sausage cheese balls
Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick baking mix - 4 c
- hot sausage - 1 lb
- medium sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make sausage cheese balls:
Grate cheese and mix with dry Bisquick. Mix in the sausage until all is well blended. Shape in very small balls. Bake at 375° until lightly brown. I use about 3 1/2 cups Bisquick instead of the 4 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Pork.
