Sausage breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- 6 oz
- slices bread - 6 item
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage breakfast casserole:
Remove crust from bread. Spread bread with butter. Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish; set aside. Cook sausage until brown. Crumble, drain and spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs and milk. Add salt; mix well. Pour over cheese. Cover and chill. Remove from refrigerator. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
