Ingredients/Components
- pork sausage mild or hot - 1 lb
- Bisquick - 10 oz
- sharp Cheddar needs to be shredded - 10 oz
How to make sausage balls:
Let sausage stand at room temperature in bowl for 2 hours. Add Bisquick; mix well. Mix in cheese. Shape into small balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 450°. Remove to cool. Makes about 60.Recipe categories: Appetizers, High calcium, High in....
